Gene Dedick, Vice President of Sales, Midwest and West Coast
Mr. Dedick’s
academic history includes a BS in Marine Geochemistry from the University of
South Carolina, an MS in Physical Chemistry from the University of Miami, FL
and an MBA from the University of Wisconsin. He has published work in the Journal
of Solution Chemistry and the Bulletin of Marine Science.
Mr. Dedick’s work experience includes over 20 years in the water & energy
technology sector with the following companies: Betz, Grace Dearborn, Betz
Dearborn, ChemTreat, US Filter-Siemens, GE Betz-Hercules & VRTX Technologies.
Keith Ware, Regional Sales East Coast and VP Sales ThermalRecycle
Keith’s 24 year laundry industry experience includes Vice President
of Consulting overseeing such prestigious clients as Ritz Carlton, Hyatt, Hilton
and Marriott. He also held Vice President and Regional Management Positions
for two of the largest commercial healthcare and hospitality linen rental corporations.
While with these companies, he had responsibility for 12-laundry plants processing
in excess of 200 million pounds annually. He entered the laundry business working
for the Walt Disney Company in Orlando, Florida. During his 10-year career
with Disney, he played a significant part in the development, construction
and operation of one of the largest laundry facilities in the United States
processing over 100 million pounds of linen and 13 million garments, annually.
Keith’s educational background includes a BS at Penn State University
in Commercial Resort Management.
Milton Flores, Director of International Sales
Milton Flores is a Chemical Engineer with over 15 years in
the water treatment business. He established an International Water Treatment
Company providing lectures on water conservation and non-chemical
solutions for Condenser and Cooling Tower water treatment. He is
a Certified Safety Engineer, bilingual (speaks fluent Spanish) and has
multi-cultural business experience. Milton has a BE degree in Chemical Engineering
with a minor in Math and Chemistry. Milton attended the US Air Force Academy
and Manhattan College of Engineering in NYC. Milton was also an owner and Consultant
in the Loss Prevention Insurance Business in Latin America.
H. Randolph (Randy) Anderson, Chief Technical Officer
and Chief Engineer
Randy
is one of the founders and owners of AquaRecycle and has been with Company
since its inception in 1998. Randy Anderson holds B.S. and M.S. degrees in
Mechanical Engineering and is a registered Professional Engineer in the State
of Florida. Prior to AquaRecycle, Mr. Anderson worked in the recycling
of other types of industrial wastewaters. His expertise with water filtration
stems from his Masters Thesis research in water disinfection through the use
of solar energy, a program support by both NASA and the U.S. department of
Energy.
